The Master Touch Premium has a few features over the standard Master Touch to aid you in your BBQing conquests. The lid is attached and hinged with aq spring mount so having a sneeky peak at your cook easy much easier. The Master Touch also comes with a diffuser plate which creates an in-direct cooking action that excels in roasting foods.
