The Pit Boss Pro 850 wood pellet grill smoker features a digital controller and advanced technology for even temperatures and even, consistant cooking results, all natural 100% hardwood smoke and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Using the Pit Boss Smoke IT app, the Pro 850 will maximise your grilling experience allowing you to control almost every aspect of your cook from controlling temperature on the fly and indeed, on the go to monitoring internal food temperatures without having to open the lid (using the included probe). With a wide temperature range of 82°c to 260°C, you have the versatility to Bake, Braise, BBQ, Grill, Roast, Sear and Smoke giving you little limitation in what you can cook.
The 850 Pro series grill also benefits from the innovative Flame Broiler Lever. Pull the lever to close the top of the flame pot for indirect cooking or push to open it up and allow the flames through to sear your steaks with a flame up to 538 °C.The 850's hopper is a generous 9kg in capacity, conveniently the same size as a bag of Pit Boss pellets, so there will be no left overs in the bag and no wondering where you are going to put the remainder.
