With an elevated plancha plate, the Firenza's ingenious design enhances air circulation around its perimeter. Combustion air is efficiently drawn beneath the plate directly to the flames. The Firenza's plancha plate is also elliptical, which provides a greater variation in temperature across the surface for precise cooking control. The 10mm plancha plates are also accurately pressed with a subtle concave shape, effectively directing excess fats into the fire bowl.
